Agression at dogs

My Dolly does the same thing! I will be taking her on my vacation to Mexico and I am really stressed about this. How can I stop Dolly's aggressive behavior?

Dog walking dilemma

I recently saw an episode of "It's me or the dog" on Animal Planet that focused on this very subject. What they did was to take the dog on short controlled "training walks". You take something that your dog really loves on the walk like a favorite toy or treat. As another dog approaches, start distracting your dog immediately with the toy or treat. Give lots of praise when your dog doesn't react negatively to the other dog.
