Frankie Rules

Little Frankie was at the North Central Animal Shelter when I got him. He was quickly enrolled in obedience school and came out with a ribbon. The judge admitted is was really a tie (but gave first place to a ringer who had been through the course before).

Frankie's over it but it still burns me!!!
