How can I get rid of the staining round my girls mouths?

They have ceramic food and water bowls but I don't know what else I can do. I know there are products for tear stains but I haven't found anything for staining round their mouths.

I've read up on this I've changed her food to a better one, grain free, filtered water and I'm in uk so
Diamond white I use for tear stains and found her mouth, it's all helped to reduce staining tremendously round her mouth. .
