Tuffy loves the snow and the hair on his belly and legs get frozen with snow and ice He wears a little coat but it only covers his back. Last winter I bought some used baby onsies and cut the belly part out and put them on him.He looked so cute! Only they did not cover his feet..I have to wrap his feet in a warm wash cloth to melt the snow to get it off his legs, or sometimes if the snow stuck to him is very thick I dip his feet in warm water and towel dry them with a shammy cloth.. It got to be a big job last winter, it was a job I had to do every time we went out and came back in. Tuffy was a little popsicle! Does anyone use boots on their Coton and do they keep them on? Do they work, or is it a waste of money? I am thinking of making him some crocheted booties this year.
love from Iris and Tuffy.
