My Coton has developed moles

I've noticed over the past few years a few new moles on my coton. They are pinkish in color and have not changed in color but they have grew over the past year.

Wanted to check with you guys first before I take her to the vet

My Coton is 4 and developed a flesh colored mole at the base of his neck where his color could rub. The vet said they are common and not a worry. To prevent irritation upon grooming etc. I am having it removed during his next teeth cleaning appt while he is under sedation. Problem solved.
