non eating puppy

It is very common for a puppy to not eat in new surroundings. If it goes on for too long, however, i would take him back to the vet.

Coton Sad

Hello,
I am also on Long Island I just purchased a coton from a breeder the pup is 9 weeks he has been here 2 days and has not eaten (took him to the vet everything looked fine) but he seems sad has anyone else had this happen with their new puppy?!?!

Same Breed?

Hi Dawn: My Spanky was also born on 12/18/10, hmmm.... But we purchased him from The American Dog Club in Garden City and was assured that he was from a breeder and not a puppy mill. By the way this dog was practically housebroken when we got him; I totally believe it was handled by a breeder prior to us taking him in. He is so smart, on Sunday we put a cow bell on the back door, hoping he would learn to ring it when he needed to go out. I rang it 2 x that day saying “potty”. My husband came home thinking I was crazy and even I thought it would be a challenge and would take months before he would learn to do so. Wouldn’t you know that same afternoon and after only after showing him 2 xs prior, Spanky rang the bell and we let him out to pee. God, I just love this dog! I wonder if we can find out if they are little mates... hmmm...

So cute!!! I have a coton puppy too her name is Roxy, I got her on valentines Day (best gift ever!)from shake a paw, just wondering if thats where you got Angel. She was born on Dec. 18th 2010.

theback of the house overlooking the gardens. It is doggie Weekend at west bury gardens. We will be there weather permitting on sat.

Hi Andriana... Im in Floral Park and work in Westbury! Where exactly are you meeting? Your not gonna steal my dog are you? LOL!

He is due to be fully faxed by april 9th so He sould be ok to go outside by he 16th so It is possible i can make it.

Coton gettogether

Where are you in Nassau county. A group of cotton owners will be meeting at westbury gardens on sat April 16 at 11 behind the house. We would love to meet spanky. Quite a few in merrick. My chloe is almost 4.
