Snapping and Eating

Hi I have a Coton named Leo and he is nine months old. He has not been eating so he has been throwing up yellow bile and white foam. He is just really picky when it comes to eating. Also he randomly snaps out of nowhere. It could be he just wants to be left alone, but it also happens when he walks up to me and wants to be pet. It does not happen too often maybe twice a day, but it is so random. He does not bite you though when he does it. He just makes a crazed snarling noise and then stops a few seconds later. Does anyone else have these problems?
